Maximum Flux Calculator
The flux calculater assumes 50nA out of the cyclotron, higher beam currents may be available at night upon request. Please enter the desired beam spot diameter at the device. At present, spot sizes below 2cm diameter are not supported. The flux calulator takes into account that the Be degrader in RERS2 reduces the transmission. RERS2 beams at energies below 200 MeV have lower intensity than RERS1 beam at the same energy.
