ISAT Hall From Above

The Indiana University Integrated Science and Accelerator Technology Hall (ISAT Hall) is a multidisciplinary laboratory performing research and development in the areas of accelerator physics, nuclear physics, materials science, life science and biomedical applications of accelerators. ISAT Hall provides research facilities such as the Radiation Effects Research Program (RERP) and the Low Energy Neutron Source (LENS) that welcome scientists and colleagues from throughout the world. These research facilities are designed to serve IU staff and scientists as well as researchers from universities, industry, foreign institutions, and government laboratories.

Users are encouraged to request assistance and advice regarding arrangements such as travel arrangements, lodging reservations, rental cars, etc. Please contact ISAT Hall by e-mail or by telephone at (812) 855-9365.

Access to ISAT Hall

ISAT Hall Lobby

The ISAT Hall is open between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. The facility is closed for all major holidays. Authorized users may access the facility at any time.

Recent re-evaluation of security requirements within the United States and within Indiana University have necessitated that visitors to ISAT Hall must comply with a few regulations before entering the research sections of the facility. Compliance with our safety and security policies will make your visit both productive and safe.

Arriving By Plane?

Visitors to Bloomington fly into the Indianapolis Airport. Bloomington is located approximately 50 miles south of Indianapolis.
