Bloomington Convention Center Entrance The Convention Center is located in the heart of Bloomington’s downtown historic district. It is within walking distance of the central Courthouse Square and Indiana University campus.

Bloomington Convention Center Lobby The building was constructed in 1923, and was erected to the specifications of Henry Ford. For decades the property was known as “Ford Corner.” Completely renovated in 1990, the Convention Center has 22,000 square feet of meeting space, with state-of-the-art equipment. The Center is adjacent to the Courtyard by Marriott Hotel. Ample parking is available.

The temperature in Bloomington in June is warm (highs around 82º F, lows around 60º F), and can be humid, with occasional rain. The conference venues and area businesses and restaurants are air-conditioned, so plan on bringing a light weight sweater or jacket with you. At the time of the conference Bloomington will be on Eastern Daylight Savings Time, and will be on the same time as New York, and 1 hour ahead of Chicago, Illinois.
