The Workshop will be limited to 50 participants.
The registration package fee is US$500.
Registration package will include:
- Workshop materials
- Participation in all plenary sessions and discussions
- Lodging in the Indiana Memorial Union (3 nights: August 14, 15, and 16)
- Opening reception and tour of Indiana University Cyclotron Facility
(Wednesday, August 14) - Continental breakfasts and lunches (Monday–Tuesday)
- Mid-morning and afternoon refreshments
- Conference dinner (Tuesday, August 16)
You will be responsible for travel and meals other than those listed above. The local registration fee, which does not include lodging, is $250.
A limited number of travel grants, sponsored by the Neutron Scattering Society of America (NSSA), are available for young scientists. The maximum amount of the travel grants will be $250, and submission of receipts is required for reimbursement. Preference will be given to graduate students, postdocs, and junior faculty in the U.S.
- Application deadline for requesting travel support is June 15, 2005
- Final notification date for approval of travel support is July 1, 2005

Application and call for papers
Please complete the application form to request a place in the workshop.
Following each plenary session, there will be one or more 15 minute presentations on related topics. If you wish to present a paper at the Workshop please include the title and an abstract in the application form.
First decisions on acceptance for participation in the Workshop, and invitations to present a 15 minute paper will be made by May 15. Applications received after May 15 will be accepted subject to availability.
