The IMU hotel and conference center is a full service facility. Accommodations for 3 nights (Sunday, August 14 – Tuesday, August 16) are included in the registration fee. All workshop sessions will be held in the Dogwood Room on the Mezzanine level, and most meals will be in the State Room East on the Second Floor.

The IMU also features a food court, bookstore and other amenities. It is conveniently located next to IU attractions and within walking distance to over 20 restaurants and downtown shopping and businesses.

The Bloomington Shuttle and Classic Limousines provide convenient service to IMU to and from Indianapolis airport.

Parking

Parking is available in the IMU parking lot at no charge for workshop attendees. Hotel guests will be given a parking pass on arrival. Parking passes will be available at the Workshop Registration Desk for workshop participants not staying at the IMU.

Convenient parking is available for Hotel and Conference Center guests on the circle drive for loading and unloading.

The temperature in Bloomington in August is warm (highs around 85º F, lows around 60º F), and can be humid, with occasional rain. The conference venues and area businesses and restaurants are air-conditioned, so plan on bringing a light weight sweater or jacket with you. Bloomington is always on Eastern Standard Time, and at the time of the conference will be on the same time as Chicago, Illinois, and one hour behind New York City.
